I got to try out a new horse today. Amelia. She’s just a baby, about 4. I had to keep her in the back, since she’s so new to the herd dynamics. I got a back row ride today! Usually I lead out.

The sunset view was beautiful 😍 and the cute horse bums. Valkyrie, who was just in front of me, is jealous of Amelia, who came and stole her boyfriend (named Buck). So she gave my horse a glare throughout the ride to tell her off. Amelia really respected the mare glare and kept her distance. 🤣

We enjoyed some trotting. My sister and I were joined by Millie and Lara, who haven’t ridden with us since last fall. It was so nice to catch up! They loved the trail and especially going through the forest as the light hit the trees.

We saw a cute little bunny and a deer!
